CATEGORY A: ACCOUNT & ACCESS

Q: I lost my password/PIN. Can you reset it?
A: No. Torzon is a non-custodial platform. We do not store your passwords in plain text; we store a salted hash. If you lose your credentials and your PGP key is not attached to the account for recovery, your account is lost forever. Create a new one.
Q: Why is the captcha impossible to solve?
A: Our captcha protects against DDoS botnets. If the clock images or rotating grids are not loading, ensure that JavaScript is set to "Safest" in Tor Browser, but verify that the canvas rendering isn't fully blocked by a third-party extension. Try getting a new identity (Ctrl+Shift+U).
Q: What is 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) and why do I need it?
A: 2FA requires you to decrypt a PGP message to log in. This prevents phishing. Even if a hacker steals your password, they cannot log in without your Private PGP Key (which is on your computer). Enable this in Settings immediately.

CATEGORY B: FINANCIAL (MONERO & WALLETS)

Q: I sent Bitcoin (BTC), but it hasn't arrived.
A: Torzon is a Monero-only marketplace. We deprecated Bitcoin support in 2024 due to privacy risks. If you sent BTC to an XMR address, the funds are likely lost on the blockchain. Always convert to XMR before depositing.
Q: How many confirmations does a deposit require?
A: We require 10 confirmations on the Monero blockchain. This takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Do not open a ticket until 2 hours have passed.
Q: My wallet balance shows 0, but I made a deposit.
A: Click "Refresh Balance" in the dashboard. Torzon uses sub-addresses for each deposit. Sometimes the daemon needs a manual trigger to scan the sub-address for incoming UTXOs.

CATEGORY C: ORDERING & ESCROW

Q: What is "Finalize Early" (FE)?
A: FE means releasing the funds to the vendor *before* you receive the product. This is risky. Only FE for highly trusted vendors (Level 4/5) or if you have no other choice. If you FE and the package never arrives, market staff cannot help you because the money is already gone.
Q: The vendor hasn't accepted my order in 24 hours.
A: Vendors have 72 hours to accept an order. If they do not accept or ship within this timeframe, the order is auto-cancelled, and funds are returned to your market wallet.
Q: How do I dispute an order?
A: If the "Auto-Finalize" timer is approaching and you haven't received the goods, click "Extend Escrow". If that time runs out, click "Dispute". A moderator will join the chat. You will need to provide proof (usually lack of tracking update or seizure letter).

Q: Is it safe to order to my real house?
A: Yes, using your real name and address is generally safer than using a fake name. Mail carriers know who lives at your address. A fake name signals a "drop," which is suspicious. Good stealth from the vendor makes the package look like normal business mail.
Q: Does Torzon keep logs?
A: We retain transaction logs for 30 days to handle disputes. After 30 days, all order details are wiped from the database (Hard Delete). We do not store IP addresses.
