[04] Vendor Application & Operational Standards

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Torzon Market is not a playground. We are a professional trade environment. To maintain the highest standard of service and security, we enforce a strict filtering process for all merchant accounts. Unlike other markets that allow anyone with $100 to sell, we require a substantial bond and proof of prior reputation.

SECTION I: The Vendor Bond Protocol

To activate a Vendor account, a non-refundable deposit (Bond) is required.
Current Rate: $1,000 USD (paid in Monero).

Why do we charge this?
This fee acts as a barrier against "Sybil Attacks" (spammers creating hundreds of accounts) and "Exit Scammers" (vendors who plan to steal funds). If you are a legitimate business, $1,000 is a negligible operating expense compared to the traffic Torzon provides.

Bond Waivers: Established vendors from *Dread*, *Archetyp*, or *Abacus* with proven track records (Level 5+ or 500+ sales) may apply for a Bond Waiver. PGP verification of your identity on those platforms is mandatory.

SECTION II: Fee Structure & Commission

Torzon operates on a dynamic sliding scale for sales commissions. The more you sell, the less you pay. This encourages high-volume vendor retention.

SECTION III: Prohibited Goods (Zero Tolerance)

• Fentanyl / Carfentanil: Due to the high risk of user fatality and increased law enforcement heat, synthetic opioids of this class are banned.
• Weapons / Explosives: No firearms, ammunition, or bomb-making instructions.
• CP / Exploitation Material: Instant ban and reporting of your IP logs to relevant authorities. We have zero tolerance for harm to children.
• Hitman Services / Poisons: Torzon is a marketplace for goods, not violence.
• Russian/CIS Data: The sale of data belonging to CIS citizens is restricted due to our geopolitical neutrality policy.

SECTION IV: Stealth & Shipping Standards

4.1 Vacuum Sealing
All organic material must be double-vacuum sealed (MBB - Mylar Barrier Bags recommended). The exterior of the package must be wiped with isopropyl alcohol to remove residue.

4.2 Decoys
Goods should never be loose in an envelope. Use professional decoys: DVD cases, commercially sealed electronics packaging, or documents. The package should feel and look consistent with the decoy.

4.3 Digital Delivery
Digital goods (Guides, Software) must be auto-dispatched. If a link dies within 24 hours, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.
